What can we do for you?

The Ahgora Ombudsman is an open space to receive compliments, suggestions, complaints or reports that you believe have not been adequately addressed by the sectors and people responsible. Its performance is based on ethics, respect, autonomy, impartiality and transparency in decisions, with a response time of up to 7 business days, which can be extended in more complex situations.
